In our house, reading is a favorite pastime for everyone. Books give us the opportunity to learn and think about new things, to relax by immersing our minds into an interesting story, and to develop and expand upon our thoughts and feelings. Reading to and with our kids is always precious family time, and it’s also a great way to spark new conversations and discussions.
To encourage reading and family time in our community, I am happy to introduce the Little MacKid North Huntingdon Reading Club!

2) Be on the look out for a Little MacKid Reading Club pop-up challenge post on Facebook.
3) Complete the challenge with your child and be entered to win a prize!
There will be various, simple reading challenges posted on the Macaroni Kid North Huntingdon Facebook page periodically. The challenges and contest prizes available will be typically geared toward ages 1-12, but any age can participate!
