Rainbow Milk

This is a simple science experiment that kids of all ages will love doing.

What you need:

plate or bowl, milk, cotton swabs, food coloring, dishwashing liquid

What to do:

1. Pour a thin layer of milk onto plate or bowl.

2. Put drops of food coloring randomly on milk.

3. Dip one end of cotton swab into the food coloring. What does it do?

4. Dip other end of cotton swab into the dishwashing liquid then dip it into the milk- without stirring it. What does it do?

It's like colorful fireworks in a bowl!
